This week I spent a little time relaxing and reflecting on the event and the outcomes. I think that we did amazing things and made amazing connections.
The best thing that came of this week was the reflection process and the preparing for the rest of the work that I needed to do with Visions after the fact.
Week 15: April 26-May 2
Total = 11.5 hours
April 27: Gathered all information for awards tax forms and updated manual (3 hrs).
April 28: Class 3:30pm-7pm (3.5 hrs).
April 30: Updating blog and everything with Visions (3 hrs).
May 1: Finalizing all work for class (2 hrs).

April 6: Department meeting (1.5 hrs).
April 7: Class 3:30pm-10:30pm (7 hrs).
April 8: Finalizing everything with awards and contacting final potential donors (3 hours).
Week 13: April 12-April 18
Total = 23.5 hours
April 13: Department meeting (1.5 hours).
April 14: Shopping for decorations (2 hrs). Class 3:30pm-7pm (3.5 hrs). Crafting decorations 7:30pm-12pm (4.5 hrs).
April 15: Finalizing awards and Friday Night Dinner stuff (2 hrs).
April 16: Thursday Night Dinner (3 hrs). Awards decorations (5 hrs). Printing awards certificates and putting together bags (2 hrs).
